Please read the following terms and conditions relevant to hiring of club gear

• I acknowledge that UQMC club gear can only be used by UQMC members.
• I understand that the hired UQMC gear must only be used for its intended purpose. If soft gear is hired it must be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and solvents.
• I understand that I must report all instances wherein the UQMC gear has been exposed to circumstances where the gear may be damaged, even if the damage is not visible.
• All equipment hired out by UQMC members must be returned clean, dry and complete. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• If gear is damaged upon return, I may be required to pay for the replacement or repair of the item at the discretion of the club executives, excluding usual wear and tear.
• I understand that requests submitted without at least a 48 hour lead time are unlikely to be fulfilled
• I understand that UQMC insurance provided by UQ Sport does NOT apply to hire gear or any activities undertaken with club hire gear.
